About Simone
I'm an organisational psychologist with an INSEAD Executive MBA. I spent more than 20 years in leadership and leadership development, at companies including Lidl and Fresenius, before going independent. I don't write about this from books. I've led, I've been the only woman in the room, and I've made the jump from corporate security into carrying my own responsibility. That's the view these reflections come from.
